1. Agreement and precedence

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to ArgitAI, an AI-assisted ERP integration product provided by ARGIT Solutions Private Limited (“ARGIT”). By using ArgitAI, you agree to these Terms and any applicable organization agreement governing your use.

If a separately executed customer agreement conflicts with these Terms, its agreed order-of-precedence provisions control. Organizational users must have permission to bind or act for their organization where relevant.

2. What ArgitAI provides

Depending on release, deployment, SAP Service Layer support, system settings and user authorization, ArgitAI may provide retrieval of SAP Business One information, business reports, AI-assisted explanations, workflow preparation and selected authorized ERP actions.

Not all features are available in every environment. Proposed or roadmap functions are not guaranteed, and a successful connection does not automatically enable write access.

3. Eligibility and authorized use

ArgitAI is intended for professional and enterprise users who have valid rights to access the connected business systems. Customers and administrators are responsible for allocating suitable permissions, reviewing their users' activity and maintaining necessary SAP licensing and authorizations.

Users may access only the companies, records, reports and operations that have been authorized for them.

4. Account security

Users must keep their credentials secure, must not share passwords in chat messages, and must report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Users must not attempt to bypass application, tenant or SAP authorization controls.

5. SAP Business One connection

SAP Business One is the system of record for the underlying ERP data. ArgitAI relies on an available SAP connection and may be affected by SAP user permissions, document status, licensing, Service Layer features, server configuration and third-party service availability.

ARGIT cannot warrant that every operation requested in natural language is supported by SAP or permitted in the customer's environment.

6. AI-generated responses and verification

AI-generated explanations, summaries and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Critical financial, tax, legal, accounting, inventory and operational decisions require review against approved SAP records and appropriate professional judgment.

The service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. Business transactions and approvals

Where an authorized write capability is enabled, actions may be subject to master-data checks, company rules, document previews, permissions, user confirmations and independent approval requirements.

A conversation message alone is not evidence that a transaction was posted. A transaction is completed only when the relevant system confirms successful execution and returns an appropriate record or transaction reference.

Customers remain responsible for the business content of documents they approve or post through authorized workflows.

8. Customer information and confidentiality

Customer ERP information remains owned or controlled by the customer or relevant lawful rights holder. ARGIT will handle confidential business information under the applicable agreement, Privacy Policy and relevant confidentiality requirements.

The customer is responsible for deciding whether a particular AI client is appropriate for its confidential information and for configuring access accordingly.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not use ArgitAI to:

• Access an unauthorized SAP company or other user's records.
• Attempt credential theft, bypass security restrictions or interfere with systems.
• Upload malware, issue unauthorized bulk requests or disrupt availability.
• Initiate fraudulent, unlawful or misleading financial or business transactions.
• Use data in violation of privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or contractual rights.

ARGIT may take proportionate action to address suspected abuse, subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.

10. Third-party services and trademarks

ArgitAI integrates with third-party software and services, potentially including SAP Business One and ChatGPT. Customers may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

ArgitAI is independently developed by ARGIT Solutions Private Limited and is not presented as an official SAP or OpenAI product. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Directory acceptance, if obtained, does not imply endorsement.

11. Service availability and support

Availability may depend on internet connectivity, SAP Service Layer health, the customer's infrastructure, identity services, AI platforms and maintenance activities. Specific service levels, uptime commitments and response targets apply only if set out in a signed contract or published support policy.

12. Fees and commercial arrangements

Fees, subscriptions, implementations and support arrangements are governed by a separately accepted quotation, order or customer agreement. No additional commercial pricing terms are established by these website Terms alone.

13. Intellectual property

ARGIT and its licensors retain their rights in the ArgitAI product, original software, branding, documentation and related intellectual property. Customer ERP information remains subject to the customer's applicable rights. Nothing here transfers ownership of SAP or other third-party software.

14. Warranties and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the applicable customer agreement governs service warranties and exclusions. ARGIT does not warrant that AI responses are always accurate or that integration will remain uninterrupted in all environments. Non-excludable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

15. Suspension, termination and data handling

Use may be suspended or terminated according to the applicable agreement, security requirements and law. After disconnection or termination, ARGIT will address retained account and service data as described in the Privacy Policy and customer agreement. Customer SAP records are not automatically deleted by disconnecting ArgitAI.

16. Updates to Terms

ARGIT may revise these Terms and publish a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law or contract.
